I.A.L.A.C.D. means International Act Like A Clown Day.
This day is exciting, weird, and funny. This is a day were you can dress like a clown, be
funny, and have fun.
This day was created on June 12 and how? Well my cousin came out of my
other cousins room and she had on a Afro wig, weird clothes that my cousin made and
huge shoes that didn't fit her. She said, "I'm an extraordinary clown."
