In this essay you will find out why I think that sitting on floor is uncomfortable. Chairs are alot better to sit in and here is why.

One similarity is they both provide sitting. They also can be soft or hard. They can be colorful and also for gifts. Something that they don't have in common is that chairs are more comfortable. Floors aren't they are more hard and not fun to sit on. Some chairs are the funky ones that are hands or, bean bags, gloves, and ones that turn around. Floors are just plain and don't do anything and there isn't anything good about them except that they are good and soft for your feet. And now that you have learned about both of them what do you choose.

Going to the Hospital

One day when I came home from school, I went to go skate board with my friends. "Hey what's up?" Jacob exclaimed. "Nothing much just done with my home work," I said. Then that's when I noticed what fine tricks they were doing. "Hey, can you teach me how to do a pop-shove-it?" I asked. "Sure thing," Jacob said. "The trick is you have to twist and flick your skateboard at the same time." "Oh, okay let me try," I said. Then I was off, I could feel the wind in my hair, then right when I was about to hit the move, BAM!!! I fell, twisted my ankle and got a scratch on my leg.

It felt like burning pain, like having needles in my foot. I was screaming in pain. When I realized I couldn't move it I thought it might be broken.

"Hey, I'll go get your mom" Jacob said. "No! I will be alright," I said. "But you can't walk." "Fine, I'll call my mom." "Do you need help?" "No, it's alright." So, I called my mom, when she answered she said, "What's wrong?" "I think I might have broken my ankle," I said. "Do you need me to come and get you?" "Yes and hurry FAST!!" When my mom got there she hurried to put me in the car.

When we got to the hospital we had to wait about a half an hour until they called my name. "Nicholas Vento" the Nurse finally said. When we went in to the examining room it was very kiddish and had toys and children books. "You don't have to play with these, they are for the little kids. The Doctor will be here in a bout 10 minutes" the Nurse said.

When the Doctor came in I was scared to hear if my ankle was broken or not. "Well, it is badly sprained and you won't be able to put weight on it for 2 weeks. I'll be giving you this bandage wrap to help it heal faster. If you have questions, complaints or it gets worse, give me a call and we'll get you back in for an x-ray" said Dr. Rinderknecht.

Cell Phone Or No Cell Phone

In this essay it will examine whether kids should have cell phones or not.



A few reasons why we should have cell phones are we could use them for internet research on a project, blogging our school essays ,typing something up for a school project , and keeping in touch with our parents for emergency purposes. For internet research we could turn assignments in faster.Blogging our school essays if we for got to turn it in we could use our cell phones. If we need more information we could type what we need and print it. Keeping in touch with our parents we would be able to reach them for emergencies.



Some reasons why kids should not have cell phones. Are we could get distracted from school work while texting other kids. Or we can get in trouble for texting inappropriate stuff about other kids. We could get distracted with our phones. We could tell secrets about other people if we use them in a wrong way.



I believe kids should be allowed to use cell phones to keep in contact with our parents for emergency purposes. So we know there safe and they know were safe.

What Clothes Should I Wear

One day these two kids named George and his friend Frank were listening to rap music and they were dressed like rappers. So, their parents cam out and said, "Don't dress like that. You can only dress like a rapper today every year." So, every year on September 12th they dressed like rappers. They listened to rap music and then all the kids at school noticed, so they started dressing like rappers on September 12th. They realized if they wanted to be cool they should dress like rappers too. Then one day someone told them to tell a news reporter about their decision to dress like rappers on September 12th each year. Then each year after that everybody in the world dressed with a big shirt, way to big pants and hat backwards.

The Air Force

What do you think it is like being in the Air Force? Well, my Grandpa knows and in this writing you will find out what his experience was in 1954. I asked him some questions and I am excited to share his answers with you.
I asked him what was it like to be in the Air Force? He said it was good to be able to serve our country.
Then he shared with me that his primary job was to make sure the motors were running properly in the ground vehicles.
Did you have a lot of friends there with you? Yes, some of my friends from school joined up with me too.
Where were you stationed? I was stationed at the Des Moines Airport. It was way different in 1954 than it is today.
Did you get to travel to any foreign countries? No, I didn't travel to any foreign countries but I got to go to Wyoming for a camp.
This is why I am proud of my Grandpa for serving our country.

Wrestling Camp

Once I walked in the wrestling room I could hear the kids talking and the mat cleaning smell. I went to the coach and met him he told me what we were going to do and wright then I knew I was going to have fun. Then we had to pick partners and I had to pick Nate my brother. On the second day we got to play dodge ball. When we started dodge ball I was thinking no fair because all the big kids were on the same team. I was really scared just thinking about it. I felt so good because we learned so much stuff I can't even list them all. We got to play dodge ball again but we had a medic and if the medic got out then we would be in so much trouble. Finely at the end of the camp we got to eat POPSICLES it was awesome!!!!!!!
