Chocolate and Caramel

I love sweets specially chocolate and caramel. I remember when i was younger i always loved chocolate and every time i would eat it it would go all over my face thats how much i loved it.Have you ever thought of what sweet is you favorite?
Chocolate and caramel are alike in a lot of ways they both are a good sweet. I wish chocolate and caramel were healthier so you could eat it more often and still be healthy too.
How to make it healthier is to put chocolate and caramel on fruit my favorite are apples and strawberries. Have you ever gave chocolate and caramel as a present? It is the perfect gift its like getting the best gift in the world! The taste is the best when it melts in your mouth it feels like your in heaven.
Chocolate and caramel have a lot of differences too. For one thing chocolate is brown like a teddy bear. Caramel is golden like gold. A ton of things have chocolate in it like brownies or just normal chocolate. There are somethings with caramel but not as much as chocolate somethings with caramel are the hard caramel candies. A lot of candies when they are mixed that's the best!
The creamy taste of caramel and chocolate melting in your mouth is amazing can't wait to eat some more!!

Metal and Teeth

What are they doing? I thought. I was just getting my braces on. I was panicked the orthodontist was putting a lot of stuff in my mouth all at once. Like a huge white circular thing to hold my lips back so I wouldn’t get the glue for my braces on my lips!

I was feeling a little weird because I didn’t know half the things they were putting in my mouth. Its wasn’t as bad as other people said, and that was a good thing.

After 60 minutes they were done. I chose pink as my color because I love the color pink and my mom said, “you should get pink.”

“Okay I will,” I said.

After that I was ready to go to school, but I didn’t want to show anyone because I didn’t like them. I got to school and I was in English/Language Arts that period. I was trying not to smile, but my friend made me smile, so she saw my braces. I didn’t talk as much that day as I usually because I didn't want anyone to notice my braces.

I finally got home. “Oh my gosh, they look good!” my family said, but it was my family and they will always say that. That night I had soccer and basketball, so my friends on my team saw my braces and liked them. I was glad because I didn’t get hit in the mouth that day.

After a few days, I got used to my braces and was able to eat normal. They actually aren’t that bad. I can’t wait to get them off in two years to see my straight teeth!

Kick, dribble, volley, SCORE!

Do you like to play sports? I do and I love it. Sports keep me busy, and I have to work hard. In this essay, I will tell you that sports are hard work, but worth it. So her it goes:
I play soccer and I am on 2 basketball teams. One is a game team, and the other is a tournament team. I also play volleyball. All these sports make you work hard, and you have a lot of fun playing and seeing your friends.
They sometimes conflict, but I make it work. Sometimes it is hard, but I have to make a choice. Some people don't like sports because they have to run, they don't like what you have to wear, or they think it is boring. But I bet you could find a sport you like. I love sports, and I bet you would too if you give it a chance!

Crash Crash Boom

I am interviewing my parents about September 11th. When the Twin Towers got hit by two planes, a lot of things happened that day it was like a fire explosion that killed and hurt a lot of people. This was a sad day.

How did you hear and what where you doing on Sept. 11th?
My mom was watching television in the kitchen while cooking and I was in shock on what happeneed!
My dad was in the car going to work and he heard it on the radio then he got to work and he saw it on television.
How did you react to what happened?
They where shocked in disbelief what was happening and was thinking about all of the poor families or friends who had someone on the planes or in the building.

How do u fell about it?
very sad for the families and friends who lost loved ones. mad at the people that hit down the towers and angry about what they did. Proud of the people who helped out with everything that happened.

Why is it a big part of your historical life?
It was an attack on america and effected a lot of people and families. Most people killed ever in an attack. It was a big attack for a lot of people.

How could you help the people that got hurt or died?
donations that would really help to families and the buildings. Just preying and hoping they get better . And to help out with anyone how lost someone or got hurt or just helping out!

How was the crash after it happened?
it was crazy and such a tragedy everyone was sad a worried and scared what if some bad happens again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In your own words how do u explain what happened?
A horrible attack on are country and on are twin towers there was really strong smoke in the air and flaming fires. It was scary even watching it on the television it was just like boom and then boom!

What would happen if the twin Towers hadn't have happened?
A lot of people would still be alive and the Twin Towers would still be up but if it didn't have happened i would think something would have happened to are country.

That was the interview i have learned a lot! that would be scary if you or some you know was on the plane or in the towers. When the plane crashed my friend was suppose to go the plane but it was booked so she had to wait for the other plain. thanks for listening to my interview!

Overalls and Boots

Have you ever dressed like a farmer? Well now you can on Sept. 30 we are going to have International Dress like a Farmer day! I created this because some of my family are farmer. On this day we will free super a healthy super we have corn, beans, chicken. We will have a great time like we would if we where at a party! Some towns are going to have parties i hope you will be there. It is celebrated all around the world. You can wear overalls or baggy shirts, boots, cowboy hat, anything you want. It usually smells like a farm. It will be ex tactic and you will see all these wonderful creative clothes. So be your self and have a great time! Don't forget overalls and boots!!!!!!!!!!

the first crazy game!!!

Are first Waukee games are crazy and fun you would want to come! This was are first Waukee game for 2009 and the first game is always wacky like a monkey!

     I'm going with my best friend . We went to the game at 7 because it starts at 7:30 so we go, There is a line all the way out to the street. We go to the other line  it is way longer so we go and wait at the other line. Then we finally get up where we by are tickets and go in.

We can't find any of are friends the we walk around like we where lose in a big city. Then a teacher came and said, " you can't walk around you have to go and sit".  We have a 6th grade area we go there it is crazy with everyone cheering and going nuts! It is a really close game on the score board. We cheer and dance a lot of people are crazy and my hand hurts like some on stepped on it because everyone gives hi-5s . We look over at the 7th grade area right by us they were just watching like they where in a movie!

Its double over time ! We are singing are school song , and its over we lost by double over time . We went to find my mom in the stands we could only see purple and yellow are school colors. Then went home and thought that was a awesome game can't wait for the other games!!!!!!!!!!
